The Zobet/solfeggio difference tone of 111Hz!

Hi there The frequencies I work with work in pairs with a total of 12 pairs from 18 frequencies. e.g. 147Hz and 258Hz is a pair, 174Hz and 285Hz is a pair and they all have a difference tone of 111Hz. Archaeologist Paul Devereux has found that many neolithic buildings resonate at this trance-inducing frequency (click on link for YouTube video). This was the subject of a Channel 4 documentary entitled "Sound from the Stone Age" back in November 2001, which was part of the "Secrets of the Dead" series and you can get his book entitled "Stone Age Soundtracks" here. Apparently people like Brian Barritt, Depeche Mode and Heaven 17 band members have been involved in the past too. Brian Barritt even wrote a book with a limited print run of 111 copies! Future of Sound set up by Martyn Ware of Illustrious Company (who is also a founder member of Human League and Heaven 17) continues to provide a platform for this cutting-edge sound technology in the mainstream.

Flower of Life

Hi everyone

For those of you who don't already know about the Flower of Life, YouTube has a great series of videos with Drunvalo Melchizedek teaching about this unity symbol/light template of the entire Universe and it's great info for joining the dots with many different ideas.

It's also a great thing to use to activate the pineal gland (located in the centre of the brain between the 3rd eye and the occiput/back of your head) during healing work as it reminds the body where it comes from. I have often used it to dispel negativity if a fight or argument is going off and the results can be quite amazing, e.g. where the argument simply dissipates and there are hugs all round. I really do believe that miracles are possible. It can also be used in any public space to unify the group and generally help the planet remember its divine origins. Feeling Connected

Hi

This is Ashera opening up my head and showing you what's going on inside!

I'm a cosmic traveller through the Universe and I'm really into sound.

So many of us are walking around feeling disconnected, from either our loving, natural, chillled childlike selves or from each other, our bodies, the planet, the Universe and ultimately from God. We take on the trip from wherever we pick it up that we're not loved, what a crazy programme to run and yet we do!

But it's not enough to think we are One, although that's a wonderful idea, which is of course true, we really want to feel it, because once we feel it, then we know it's the truth about the reality we're living in.

So how do we feel it?

Sacred sound with conscious loving intent I believe is one of the main gatekeepers to our return to God, to light, to the centre of a deep heartfelt, reassuring feeling that helps the whole vibration of the body sing as One, and therefore it helps it expand and enable that expansion to help you open to the unity within and without!

There are so many ways we can direct our consciousness to awaken to this Truth and my good friend Darren has encouraged me to write this blog so here I am!
